Follow the next steps to start a Fire!
1. Select the tool in your Hotbar
Select the instrument you want to use from your hotbar, be it flint & steel or alternatively the fire charge
2. Set it on fire!
Now you have to insert the necessary materials in the right order that I indicate: first place the Ender Eye in the central square of the fabrication grid; then insert eight obsidian blocks into all the other remaining squares! Follow this figure exactly:
Now position the game cursor on the material you want to set fire to and interact. You will immediately see the flames flare up and burn everything! Remember that materials such as stone are non-flammable and cannot catch fire.
For an EVERLASTING FIRE, (to make a fireplace for example) you need to put on the floor two blocks of netherrack like in this picture:
WARNING !!! Remember to place some stone around, otherwise the flames will spread!
